Edwin Thomée starts a hardware wholesale business in Malmö in 1892 under the name of Edw. H Thomée AB.

In 1921 Carl Gustav Isaksson started the production of harnesses and sugar tongs in Fiskebäck. The company grew fast and moved to Habo where the production of door handles and fittings developed in the 1930’s.

1892 Edwin Håkan Thomée registers a hardware wholesale business in Malmö named Edw. H Thomée AB.

1921 CG Isaksson sets up a manufacturing unit in Fiskebäck just outside Habo.

2006 Acquisition of Isaksson Gruppen AB in Habo.

2006 Habo Gruppen acquires the locks and fittings company Industribeslag AS in Trondheim.

Edw. H Thomée AB acquires ETC Tools® and DYNAGRIP® from Malmöbased G&L Beijer noted on the stock exchange in Stockholm.

Thomée acquires its main competitor HDF-Bolagen in Halmstad from Haendig AB, a subsidiary of Ratos noted on the stock exchange in Stockholm.

2007 Thomée Norge AS starts its business.

Edw. H Thomée AB change its name to Thomée Gruppen AB and Isaksson Gruppen AB is renamed to Habo Gruppen AB.

Nomeks Oy in Finland is acquired by Thomée Gruppen AB. The acqusision was an importand step in the Group's endeavours to strengthen Thomée's presence in Finland.

2010 Lomond Industrier AB was founded. At the same time the company acquired all the shares in Thomée Gruppen and Habo Gruppen from Lomond Invest AB, the parent company.
